Starting at $750 — In need of an additional bathroom or short on storage space? We’ll help you find the best solution add those items within your current home.
Floor Package
Starting at $1500 — This service finds ways to design a small addition to your existing home or re-organize the layout of an entire floor. Dreaming of a new sunroom or larger kitchen? We’ll provide options to meet all your must haves!
House Package
Starting at $2500 — Outgrown your current space but love your neighborhood? Let’s explore ways to renovate the entire house, perhaps include an addition to really make this home your dream home. Have a contractor you like? Great, they can weigh in on your concept plans for real time pricing to help you make informed decisions.
Real Estate Services
Client walk-through: $75/hour — In person meeting with you and your clients at their home. Best for those clients who are on the fence about a property (or between 2 properties) or for those within the inspection period who want to do some renovation but don’t know where to begin. We meet on site and walk/talk through their ideas in real time. Contractors are welcome to also attend for input and pricing. (Min. 2 hours)
Floor Plan Creation: $115/hour — Floor plans created for your use in listing products and information. Plan will include walls, windows, doors, and general room dimensions.
